Vana's gone down in my estimations, disastrous project manager and I'm not going to jump on the 'hate Elle' bandwagon as Vana did tell her to just buy the boat, no doubt if Elle had went against the project managers decision it would've been called up on in the boardroom too for not being a team player

i'm 50/50 with Elle, sometimes she did annoy this this episode but I like how she speaks out and doesn't hold back.. the reason why Lord Sugar didn't fire her.
