I'm one of those people that needs a lot of sleep, always been like it since I was born.

I need a good 9-10 hours each night.

Only need around 5-6 hours and I'm fine. Obviously I do sleep for longer sometimes but if I go to sleep at 1 or 2 and wake up for school at 7 I feel fine.

I've had that before, like first GCSE exam night I couldn't get to sleep until like 3am, and I felt so refreshed after like 4 hours sleep.

Usually I go to sleep at about one every night but sometimes if I'm tired I go to sleep at eleven even sometimes ten if I'm really tired. But I usually feel worse if I've gone to sleep at 10/11 than I would've done if I'd gone to sleep at 1. Like I usually just want to stay in bed for longer and just feel like **** if I've had more sleep

Depends really, sometimes I can come to bed at 10 and sleep until 7am when I have to get ready for college but other times I can get through the day on 2 or 3 hours sleep if I can't get to sleep
