You should always visit Abobe website and test it here:
http://www.adobe.com/fi/software/flash/about/

If it says "Successfully installed", you should have the latest version available.

...yeah, I did go on the site Cald and that told me I was updated/successfully installed etc....it seems ok this morning so maybe the flash bug thing has gone...
