How is this significant? When Ulrika won she was 5th favourite to win out of 5 contestants left.

The bookies don't know who will win. They just adjust the odds based on who is being bet on.

If I walked in Ladbrokes tonight and put £100,000 on Tiffany to win then she would become favourite.
