I like him...but he does need to grow a pair.
Having said that he did tell John to his face exactly what the others are saying. I don't think he likes aggro and John is being very manipulative.
Darren has him sussed...he won't trust him again...but he will just get on with him rather than create an atmosphere. Darren has much support in the house and Darren is Johns only 'mate' really. John knows he has shot himself in the foot and he thinks he can manipulate Darren...but although it looks that way I don't think Darren will trust him again and when push comes to shove I think Darren will hold his own. He is just being diplomatic.
Hopefully Darren will find his moment...
