In all seriousness though arista, where have you found these female managers that stay silent? I mean, I'm in communication with female colleagues at the same managerial level as me on a daily basis over the phone... And I'm going to be brutally frank here... They never shut the **** up. Not for one sweet ****ing second.

Well I guess in Asia
female managers are not the same as England.
Not the same Education etc.
