It's hard to describe why I hate Gerry but he is really awful. He was really hypocritical (criticizing Charley for throwing water over him when he did the same thing to her) and was really snobby and thought he was the star of the show (remember him fuming that Charley vs. Chanelle overshadowed his message from home)
