Very true.Yes there will undoubtedly be accidents but eight times is no accident.You have to budget for and plan a family ideally.You might budget for one and accidentally have two and manage to scrape by but just deliberately pooping them out expecting everyone else to pay for them is irresponsible,negligent and benefit scrounging.
