I think everyones to harsh on Mich she really likes Stu and he really likes her. You can tell by the body language

So you are entitled to back her up with your expert sycology degree analysis of a shy girl who has had a bad upbringing and is finally rescued by the team handsome centre forward and they will skip into the sunset and live happily ever after {cue doves and fluttering hearts} and nobody can slag her of for what they see with their own eyes.
