i was married to one and lived with him for 18 years - too much of her controlling behaviours and manipulation of people/situations waved HUGE red flags

when she left and jason started smiling, i knew what a weight was off his shoulders - and once we'd seen what she was like in the house, his poleaxed face on first seeing her as an 'other' made complete sense.

Whether she is psychotic or not normally, the behaviour she displayed towards Jason could certainly be described as psychotic. Imo.
