"I put it to the court M'Laud, that young Housemates being SEEN to be jigging and - apparently laughing - does not mean beyond a reasonable doubt, that the fun and frivolity was genuine. Given the nature of this.... Reality TV Game Show, and the motives of those contestants in question, it is not beyond the realms of possibility that the said fun and laughter was forced... one may even suggest... fraudulent, M'Laud..... Conversely, I would put it to the Court, that Mr Burrill's melancholy WAS genuine.... So the question for the Jury to consider, is this M'Laud - Who is guilty in this case?.... The FAKE merrymakers or the GENUINE Mr Burrill? "
