I don't think it's too late really. CBB's are a lot shorter than (most) civilains and aren't as competitive so I don't think adding in a late arrival with 2 weeks to go would be criminal. I would love someone like the Pricey to come in but they'd get slaughtered for not being here from the beginning with this cast and it wouldn't be pleasant.

And newbies typically aren't any good. Out of all the newbies I've only liked Aisleyne, Kinga, Biannca and Pricey

Something like that, although i'm sure her series was slightly longer than this. Day 16 is probably too late for a newbie, which i'm not that fussed at tbh.
