Relating to the thread topic and Marnie's comforting, Sam and others were involved and Renee didn't nom him then. In fact, not one person in that group got rid of him. The GBP did.

He was just out to cause trouble, as usual, and didn't say this out of any fellow feeling for Marnie.

And why shouldn't the Americans try to comfort her? They nominated Lewis, not Marnie, who didn't come into BB as a package, but as separate HMs.
