I understand Vanessa as referring to the fact that A LOT of people have repeatedly said he's only still in there because it's been fixed for him to stay when the reality is that he's still in there because so many Bear fans have been voting to keep him in there.

i don't think bear has any fans at all. BB is rigging the voting so that bear gets 4 out of 5 votes cast no matter what housemate is voted for. Its a fix!!
