Famous for being twats, 9 out of 10 times its an entirely fabricated persona, will have people worship them regardless of stupid stuff they do - sometime even the stupider they get the more fans they have, theyre usually cheap so theyre usually everywhere, most of the current ones have destroyed what 'reality' tv used to be (real).. Olli Locke and Sam Faires were decent enough.. Most of the rest I know of are either incredibly boring without their script (the situation, scotty T, Ricci) or just a dickhead (everyone else aparty from Tiffany and arguably Renee)

Because they're considered talentless. I think it's partly down to jealousy and an "I could do that!" attitude.

I like some of them but then most of them are just plain boring and one note who sail to end only because of their looks / pre-existing fanbases as opposed to actually contributing something other than a showmance to the show. I think the GS/EOTB ones are the worst and trashiest of the lot actually. TOWIE stars have made some decent housemates in the past such as Gemma Collins, Lauren Goodger and Ferne McCann in IAC.

I don't hate reality TV stars, as they do nothing to impact on my life, if they are on TV I can just switch channels. What I do have an issue with though is them being treated as Celebs, they are not Celebs unless Celebrity meaning in the sense of the word has diminished in recent years which might be so. Most reality starts are completely devoid of talent and yet get snapped up by agents pushing them onto us at every opportunity and pulling in the money for doing so. The agents are far worse than the actual reality stars.

I don't think jealousy has nothing to do with it. One needs more than being a celeb/having money to make me jealous - intelligence, talent, good personality, these kind of things can make me (positively) jealous (as in trying to be a better person). I wouldn't be jealous of an idiot like Bear, for example, just because he's on TV or won CBB, he's still an idiot and it's not impressing me much.

Nadia Sawalha said before entering CBB that "Celebrity meant people who are being celebrated by others, now it's people who celebrate themselves". And it's that superficiality that makes me cringe.

I don't watch them, its because when they infiltrate programmes you do watch and continue to behave like their reality characters they get hate ! I don't want to see them , they should stick to their little sick shows and shag each other to death.
