I've seen quite a few people online annoyed that Jessica Lange wasn't the real Butcher, am I the only one who didn't want that anyway? I couldn't see it myself.

Yeah Denis was absolutely brilliant in Hotel He's one of my favourite AHS veterans actually, that's why I was being a hypocrite and just focusing on Evan's random billing but yeah, he's not really been what I'd call a main character this year either. Or Cheyenne tbh. And Wes as you pointed out, I didn't even know he was in the main cast

If I was making a guess I'd have assumed the main cast was Adina, Andre, Angela, Cuba, Kathy, Lily and Sarah

(Not that it really matters in the grand scheme of things especially when we don't have opening credits this year but it's been irking me )

I agree with this, if Cheyenne is done now then he shouldn't have been main cast either, if 2 eps is it for Evan then it was definitely to keep the fangirls at bay. Poor Adina doesn't deserve this snubbing!

I agree tbh. Initially I was all for Finn playing the real Edward Mott for obvious reasons but I think it'll be cool if they continue to just show them without us seeing them really clearly as in this episode, just made then all the more creepy tbh.

Actually if Cheyenne shows up again as a ghost or something then his spot can be redeemed since Sidney actually served an important purpose but Rory was beyond pointless

Although having Evan be promoted as a main role once again only for him to be a glorified guest star was hilarious for the online rages

I reckon it's intentional and he really didn't help them like they said. I think the hillbillies are gonna expose Shelby, Matt and Lee possibly for being murderous idk. Shelby killing Matt and being the one left alive makes me think she murdered to get out of Roanoke before but they told a different story to make them seem innocent.

I'm guessing the difference between the ghosts in MRN and RTR is intentional either because of creative choices by Sidney to make the ghosts more human OR Shelby and Matt got out alive not because of Mott's help (or any help from the ghosts, since the real versions all seem similarly monstrous) but because they offered up a sacrifice to the Butcher in their place. If that's the case then I think Shelby's going to try to sacrifice the actors and possibly succeed only to be killed be Lee as revenge for Matt.

AHS is really ****ed up so I wouldn't put it passed them.

I don't think it could be Flora, given the attention Lee got after the show aired it would be unlikely they could cover up the fact that Flora was missing.

My guess is that they willingly sacrificed Cricket.

I do think your idea that Lee will be the survivor after Shelby sacrifices Dominic, Monet and Audrey and then Lee kills her in revenge for Matt is a good shout though.

I'm guessing there is some significance on why we never saw Lee get killed or that the three actors are still alive and that would kinda tie in with your theory with Shelby sacrificing the people who played them since she doesn't care for them and that Lee is the survivor.

I wasn't a fan of it either, truth be told. it was too out of the blue. If it happened in the next episode with more of a build up then it would have made more sense.
