She might seem a bit melodramatic but that's just her personality . Atleast she doesn't winge and moan all day like Martin plus he's soo artificial even when he's smiling you can tell he's insincere, all he's doing is loathing his experience and he resent's everything like it's only him being punished when his whole team went through the same deal

Scarlett didn't like how he was stirring the pot and he was trying to get her riled up which was childish

I don't mind him he's just needy and sensitive.
