Although I hold my hands up to being guilty to posting on some of the threads that annoy you Andy (like the word thread).
I do have to agree that there is nothing more frustrating than going to read a thread which you think has been updated since you last looked and finding a smilie!! I love to read what everyone has to say but lately alot of the time its not relevant to the thread title  I'm sure we've all got plenty to say and don't need this  sorry I'll crawl back under my stone now
