This is the same fellow that says that the light rain stopped and the glourios sunshine broke through whilst he spoke for his inauguration and then the clouds opened up just after he finished.

It was a continuous light rain or drizzle during and after his inauguration.

"Patriotic Devotion" seems to follow right in the propaganda he is creating.
