You're basing that on assumption, you can't claim to know how she will react just because of her previous career. Besides she hardly reacted in the extreme fashion you're making out anyway, all she said was for him to knock in future & if he did knock then she clearly didn't hear it. A simple misunderstanding and not a big deal like you're trying to make out.

Last sentence was indeed what the toilet incident was...but it was made into a big deal by Nicola and the caped crusader Calum. They did knock and they did apologise. His insistence he knocked started a ranting attack. Molehills into mountains...because it was one of them. Any other hm involved in that simple misunderstanding would not have had that reaction. They even thought it was Colleen to start with. Something out of nothing racketed up again for drama.
