She was one of the most controversial housemates in this year's Celebrity Big Brother, but fans of Chloe Ferry will be disappointed if they tune into Channel 5's reality show final, tonight - because she won't be part of the action.

The buxom brunette, who shot to fame on Geordie Shore, has snubbed tonight's climactic ending in favour of another gig which a representative confirmed.


Explaining why she won't feature with her former co-stars, a representative for the reality TV star performer said: "Unfortunately Chloe is out of the country filming. If her schedule was different, she would be there cheering them on."

It's believed she is in Switzerland filming the new series of Geordie Shore.

Naturally, Twitter users quickly noticed her absence. One said: "I take it Chloe Ferry didn't fancy coming back for the final then?" while another added: "Not even bothering with the CBBFinal because Chloe_GShore isn't a part of it & she 100% should've won the show, she's a legend".

The latest news will further fuel rumours that Chloe, 21, was given permission by TV bosses to leave the surveillance house in order to honour other, pre-arranged work commitments.

Although tenants are expected to comply with strict terms and conditions, she was given the freedom to leave the compound hours before her official exit.

A source said: "Chloe left the house for prearranged commitments. At the time of leaving she was chaperoned by a member of production and had minimal contact with the outside world."

The source also added that housemates felt Chloe was getting preferential treatment because Viacom own both Channel 5 and MTV, which screens Geordie Shore.

They said: "They felt like she was getting special treatment just because her work is for a channel owned by the same company."

Up until her eviction, viewers had been shocked by her raucous behaviour and frequent nudity.

Host Emma Willis mentioned during Chloe's exit interview that other Geordie Shore stars have traditionally done well - Scotty T and Charlotte Crosby both won, while Marnie made the final.

However, Chloe was evicted after just one week in the house after a shock eviction twist that saw her facing the public vote alongside Kim Woodburn, Coleen Nolan and Jedward.
