People tend to be more tolerant of shoplifters, a thief is a thief no matter what they steal, given the opportunity they would steal an old persons purse.
We should do like other countries chop their hands off. |

That's not true, we are more tolerant of white collar criminals such as fraudsters, bankers, tax evaders and expenses fiddlers...It's all theft.
