You realise that as this is not down to any sort of legislation but rather is down to choice, right? That means that the reduction in people coming is due to no longer feeling welcome in Britain. So it's not the refugees and unskilled labour who have stopped coming. It's the people who have a choice on where they want to go. The professionals and skilled individuals.
