Definitely. This is a huge reason why we have a shortage IMO. People train here, then move elsewhere to work. Probably as they are treated badly working here. No wonder we have a shortage of skilled workers really

I trained with people and I worked with people, Vicky and the only reason they went abroad was for more money. None of them were treated badly and neither was I, but I did have some really sh*t managers, who would have made anyone move away, including myself and I did on one occasion. I moved to London for a few years, from Scotland and I loved it, sometimes I wish I had never ever came back here but I settled , happily here lol.
