Do you often find yourself experiencing mood swings whilst gambling? Have you ever had to borrow money from a friend to gamble, or to cover your day to day expenses because you have spent all of your own money on gambling?

Course i get mood swings when gambling....

Is that really a warning issue!! Omg.

But that feeling of invicibility..now thats a killer.

Dont get me wrong i wont miss what i bet, but i always walk in thinking the money is already won.

Mood swings yes, but of course there's a difference between lobbing a little pen across the room, and putting your fist (or a chair ) through a machine screen.

Most important question really... Do you chase losses? If you lose money, can you accept the loss, or do you continue betting increasing amounts in the hopes of winning back what you've lost?

Number one sign of a gambling problem that one .

I
Number one sign of a gambling problem that one .
I spend 20 on a saturday. And 2 a day on an each way treble...but get the urge to shove a quick tenner in a machine a lot. Usually i dont but i often do..i walk away if i lose..

Saying that mind. I do join any site i see offering no deposit bonuses for joining...which brings me onto another subject...those sites txting or phoning you trying to get you to deposit...is that not against regulations?
