A lady called into LBC today, her husband took ill and he did NOT want an ambulance, her pal called a cab firm and they came ok, after 20 mins into what should have been a 20 min journey she realised he was going the wrong way, the husband was getting very agitated, she tried to speak top the driver who could not understand her - he arrived at the totally wrong hospital that could not treat him. she got their in 40 mins after writing down in capitals and sticking it under the drivers nose. The husband died a few months later.

EVERY driver should speak English, driving a car is a serious business as is being responsible for a life of a child a women or your family member

Well as devastating as that is, for the most part it shouldn't be a problem with Uber because they are following a Sat Nav. You literally input the destination yourself

Jesus... I mean I've had some cab drivers take a longer route to try to get extra money but that's pretty extreme.
