It's really sad how rapidly the anger and suspicion of all negative as to refugees and migrants can get whipped up.

What's sad about it? Economic migrants are putting themselves first, why can't we here in England put ourselves and our families and our future family first for a change, we are expected to open the door and say there you go and wipe your feet on us on the way in you are putting you and your family first are you not Joey with your impending move ?

Indeed I am but I don't jump on the near hate bandwagon at every opportunity against others around the World for trying to making moves for their futures too.

Also in part,what I am doing is for my Mum too who has actually been really ill since losing my Dad so just take care when you make things more directly personal related.

She made a valid point. Everyone is looking after their own interests, including economic migrants, some just try to point that finger solely at those who believe that those already here count too and should have a say in something that hugely affects them and their families.

I think youd probably have to name at least one British family that doesnt put their family first before you can make a generalisation like that.

What a odd comment. Clearly many feel that mass immigration has a negative effect on their families but when they express concerns about immigration there are several who respond with 'suggestions' they are racist . No source needed we have all seen/ experienced it many times.
