Your kids have a few family members they can call (in case someone is not available) and if they feel they are in a situation they don't like or are uncomfortable with but don't feel able to discuss in front of people with them, like if they are with friends and drink and drugs comes out, they text x to family member and are picked up within 5 minutes. If they are with friends you just say something has come up and they have to go. It sounded like a really useful thing for those sort of peer situations that sometimes happen. Obviously not really about this poor girls situation but your thoughts about your daughter made me think of it.
