Lotan was horrible and was gunning for Isabelle as soon as he realised she wasn't going to fall at his feet like Ellie and Savannah. The same reason he hates Chanelle, Hannah and Deborah.

Or maybe it's because they are loud,brash,sly and crude,not everyone likes those types.
