I think in situations like fight night it's not about removing everyone who broke the rules because then you would have half the house out. It's more about removing either the worst behaved or the one who's likely to instigate something like this again.

I agree.

Emma would have likely instigated something again because she couldn't keep her mouth shut ( ), Denis was the worst behaved obviously for the spit and Lotan was both by throwing the drink over third parties not involved in the argument AND he would have caused another row the next day anyway.

I'm imagining them thinking Emma is calm and them telling her she can go back in and her being like "thanks bb " then catching sight of victor and being like "YOU FOOKING WOT I'LL FOOKING SMACK YOU"
