I don't like this morale highground people have, when it's someone you like or some 'queen' it's awful to comment on her appearance. Whereas if it's someone you don't like, Jason/Conor they're called an 'ogre' amongst other things. Bear was called stuff as well. It's the people crying now when Isabelle is called lots of names that were first to throw low blows amongst other housemates they don't like. At least be consistent with all housemates before complaining.

I don't complain about people taking low blows. It doesn't bother me at all
That is not the correct use of the word, It's for people who have been complaining about appearance insults yet happily throw them out themselves, as you did in BBCAN and likely other BB's.
