I think most of them have a game plan.

Raph...clearly playing people off against each other.
Chanelle...constantly playing for airtime.
Hannah...victim
Ellie...lovesick and desperate
Sam...showmance.
Sue, Andrew and Isabelle...using their viewing knowledge to attack the public enemy and siding with the faves.
Tom and Joe...cocky lads to get the female vote.

Deborah Kieron and Charlotte are the only ones IMO being themselves.
