LOL this is a reach to the core!!! He's close to Chanelle,Isabelle,Hannah and Deborah and he has been really loyal to them who are his actual friends.

I was having a laugh...but as you think I'm reaching I will tell you why he is disloyal.
He listens to gossip...he doesn't defend them when he hears that gossip...he goes back and tells them the gossip in the knowledge that they will react...then he watches them confront them and get into an arguement.
That is not a friend let alone a loyal one...and we all know Raph keeps his head low whilst turning others against each other...he admits that himself.

gossip from the other side who he really isn't friends with. they are friends and people who you are civil with which means no loyalties to them. He has never gone behind his friends back in there at all.He has not told the other side what Chanelle,Isabelle,Deb and Hannah have been saying..
