Fewer tasks - stuff like the time machine and Big Brother's birthday bored me to tears. I watch BB for the interaction between the housemates not this carry-on nonsense.
Under no-circumstances make a half way house!!
Cast three-dimesional, rounded (and slightly extraordinary) people rather than one trick ponies like Tracy that get tiresome after opening night.
Anyone who goes on about how 'eccentric' or 'weird' they are in their audition should be immediately ejected. they usually turn out to be total duds.
I still can't work out what Nicky or Laura could possibly have said in their auditions to get selected.
