I don't know - he's a regular citizen now. I know if I was a HM and came back to this, my anxiety would be through the roof and my self esteem would take a massive hit

Build up their own ego while pushing somebody else down. I've come across so many like that, it's mostly done by people who haven't got very far in life and are bitter when they see others achieve something.
