She knew Amelia wasn't the strong type.

But when she tried it on with Sarah last week, and Sarah stood up to her, she ended up walking away.

Uhh what? If I recall she was just advising Amelia, albeit in a sharp way but she was still comforting her when she was crying. A bully doesn't do that. A bully would just sit there and watch it.

Jemma is a bully...without backing she wouldn't do the things she has done. She jumped on the wagon with Paul and attacked Sarah...Sarah has done nothing to her.
She apologised to Sarah...because Paul did and she didn't have a partner in crime. However as we saw tonight she was gunning for Sarah for nothing..because now she has Brandi who she heard trying to make out to Chad that he's being played. Now she is moved onto Paul too..along with Brandi.
She's a bully because she won't do anything without a sidekick...and someone to have her back. She dislikes Paul because he backtracked on Sarah..and she was loving the drama against her...mainly because she is jealous of her being saved and having someone like Chad at her side...and she loves seeing someone attacked.
Now she has someone to goad Paul with...she's just a nasty vile bully.
