The streaming ratio gets cut after the sales have been decling for 3 weeks - so Wild Thoughts and Unforgettable must've been decling for 3 weeks now - but if they increase id assume the streaming ratio goes back to 150:1 so they shoot back up the charts?

No, the streaming ratio remains consistent afterwards regardless of whether it increases
