As for baiting, that's what Brian spent his entire stay doing. Trying to tick Helen off because he went in with the sole idea of being the person to shout at Helen if she kicked off. So he tried everything he could to get her to snap, shout, argue and ended up snapping himself. Bloody freak with anger issues turned out to be him.

Well, clearly it's an insult about someone's looks which would be banned on TiBB but as far as I know is not banned in life. And also a far cry from accusing someone of rape.
