Ellsworth said in an interview that Carmella went up to Vince and pitched their relationship on a podcast. Their relationship is actually one of my favorite things on SD tbh.

I'm calling it now, Carmella's ego will get in the way of things and she'll quit the team, 5 v 4 faceoff with Raw when Paige's music hits. She seemingly looks like she's with Raw when she strikes Alicia, takes off her jacket, revealing a SD shirt underneath.

At the actual SVS event, Final 2 will be Asuka and Paige, the match ends on a DQ when Carmella strikes Asuka with the case. Paige and Carmella start feuding.
