Replacing Lukaku with Rooney was not of Koeman's choice, that was all down to the Everton board, and that cost him his job, Everton fans want high class manager's like Ancelotti, Tuchel, Pellegrini, Benitez, but none will go there because the Everton board never really back there managers with the right money, look at Moyes, he never once got any real backing to build a team,
