I was bloody livid never mind surprised, he was working,had a good job and if he decided he wanted a change he should have damn well paid for it, same as i think anyone wanting any type of cosmetic surgery should

Boob Job's are also on the NHS especially when they go wrong and have to have the implants removed .

NHS is being used for cosmetic purposes rather than serious health conditions. Boob jobs including botch jobs and Gender reassignments should all be on Private health service .

It's truly baffling and crazy how people with life threatening diseases and illnesses are having to either PAY or raise ridiculous amount of money for the medicines /drugs they need !!! it's unfair and wrong .
