Maybe this is what she means by wanting the backstabbing to start. Nasty things like this that could really damage someone if believed..being made up to try and make them look bad. Revenge for him not finding her attractive.

I wouldn’t put it past her.

It’s like the weirdest comparison to make and I can’t see why anyone would even think it tbh.
