Around 5 - 9 hours per night, depending on when I go to bed and when I get up. I had 4 hours's sleep one night when my bloke had had a back shift and I'd waited up for him before watching TV until 3 in the morning and then I had to be up at 7 to take my daughter to nursery. I wasn't as tired as I thought I would be, considering I need my sleep!
