I have been known to head-bang when I used to go out to a rock club and dance the night away. Although dancing - headbangers style is much different. You just stand with your legs 1 metre apart and bang your head to songs from: Metallica, Slayer, Faith No More, Sepultura, Motorhead, Slipknot, Obituary, many many more.

One night I did it to: Alien Ant Farm's version of Michael Jackson's 'Smooth Criminal' and I was completely out of it, so I don't know how stupid I looked
