i remember my first dealings with the mods was over my very first ava for having a swear word in it.

I take it you also feel all lesbians are butch?

It's a stereotype, it's not a fact.

That's like saying all black men are violent drug dealers.

It's so frustrating when people automatically assume that Gay guys are camp. I'm not. I can't stand the majority of things gay people are 'seen' as... that, and gay pride. What a poor excuse of a show. I don't know why we should have a parade just because we're gay....

Pride was to celebrate being gay because up until this year, gay marriage has been illegal in the UK. Pride is there to show support for the LGBT community and bring a day of awareness and celebration. It's there because it was needed.

It doesn't even do this though. It's turned into an embarrassing show where people feel the need to dress up in drag and parade down the streets singing I am what I am and dancing like they're from the 80's.
