they do it at the spiritualist centre i go to and the woman who runs it said i did it accidentally once because we were meditating and my mind just drifted and it was almost like i was in a dream

then when i 'woke up' even though i wasn't sleeping the woman was like you brought someone back she is stood behind you and she described the woman from my dream it was freaky
