A large glass of white please Boris. Hair of the dog from last night. Firm's do. Usual people last to leave - well you've got to make the most of these free outings.

Can we have a little less noise tonight please - am feeling a little fragile. A little convivial company would go down well though.

Pull your chairs up to the fire and I'll do a 'lock in'. A nice couple of bottles with a nice couple of friends.

Cheers !

Phew! That was a busy day and a busy evening to follow.

Those clearners were a bit slow to arrive this am. Never mind ready for the stampede to start tonight.

How many in for 'happy hour?'

In competition for Boris's tonight as we are having a party. Anyone free and in the area can pop in. I've done enough food for 'thousands' as OH says. That is after he came in weighed down with bottles, but of course they are 'essential'.

Sister bringing her kareoke machine - so heaven help the neighbourhood, there will be some odd noises coming from chez BB tonight. LOL.

Hope to see pop in to Boris's tomorrow.

Busy Bee we can hear them from inside the bar with the door closed. You must be having a good night if the noise is
anything to go by LOL

It HAS been a bit quiet tonight, Boris . . . . think most folks are abstaining because they're back to work tomorrow.

Never fear - I've used the time to change the barrels, re-stock the mixers, and polish up the glasses in preparation for the pre-Hogmanay rush!

So Boris's Bar is ready and waiting . . . . . . . what's your order? All tastes catered for!

Hope we didnt disturb you too much. I raised a glass or two to you all in the Bar. Trouble with parties is the clearing up afterwards.

Still I have had plenty of practice for the New Year's Eve do at Boris's. I may have my voice back by then. Do you need any balloons blown up - we've got a very clever gadget that does it in seconds.

In the meantime a nice Irish coffee please.

As long as no one tells the 'kitchen' inspectors. They are such 'fuddy duddies' about 'use by' dates and the like. I am sure we can use all your left overs. Bussiness has been so bad and every little helps.

Lets make it a giid night on Wendesday. Any suggestions for the entertainmnet side. The Entertainmnments manager has been a bit lacking in her input thisyear. Has a touch of 'Kaphc's' disease I think.....

This what you were offering Busy Bee?
Go down a treat, thanks !

What such a poor offering as that Boris? I think I can do better than that. After all I did 'borrow' Chef to help me prepare my delicacies. And you didnt even miss him!!

Could have a celebrity look alike competition or fancy dress always goes down well.
