I was fearing Liverpool were going to sell their great season and style of football and bring in a couple huge signings..still early obviously, but the rumours all look ok to me so far.

According to Catalan sports paper Sport, Liverpool, Manchester United and PSG have submitted offers for Alexis Sanchez, which were resoundingly turned down. Barrett: LFC have been made aware of Fabregas’ availability but prefer Alexis Sanchez.

Can't blame them. Their team is going to be ripped to shreds. Might aswell make as much as they can even though he isn't worth anywhere near to 30m....maybe if he was a young player yeah.

He won't start playing in the MLS right away,
NYCFC starts playing in 2015, not a bad choice of a team either. Should be a great team. (That wil be the "Villain" team in the MLS, I bet)

Update: Villa was on a free transfer according to the official press conference. They didn't comment about Lampard other than "No Comment"
Update on that Update: Lampard just announced he's leaving Chelsea, yeah he's coming to NYCFC
