I agree, it was such an improvement, mainly bc we actually got a look at the social dynamics in each tribe, and also the tribe swap wasn't nearly as bad as I imagined. I'm also glad there aren't too many idols and advantages in the game yet. Just the Legacy Advantage and Michael's idol right?

I've caught up! Here are my thoughts

- Jacob was actually adorable and I'm sad he left early, but it was soooo inevitable lol
- The twist isn't as overbearing as I thought it would be... yet.
- The cast is pretty great and nobody is playing hard to the cameras. Everyone shown so far plays a good role, even the ones I don't really like (Michael, Domenick, Brendan)
- That being said there's still a fair few UTR people as people here have pointed out but it's inevitable with a 20 person cast, 2 challenges per episode and a Ghost Island twist. They're not really serving to the narrative so I don't mind not seeing them for now.
- Next weeks preview with Stephanie writing "Hope" into the sand
- Donathan is adorable
- The men are making me thirsty af
- Brendan reminds me of Savage like ew
