Finally got round to watching last nights episode and I'm so pleased that Sir Alan finally sacked the incompetent weasel otherwise known as Michael.

I was surprised at how uninterested Michael seemed at the start of the task after all the pleading he had done to try and stay in the past, you would at least expect him to give his all as project manager.

Once again the final result came down to taking a risk on the highest priced item.It's a calculated risk that often seems to pay off, all you need to do is sell one of those high price items and you've basically won, barring an extraordinary amount of sales by the other team.

Well done to Lee on a good decision with the cars but his handling of Lucinda was all wrong.He's meant to guide his other team members as the leader but he just pushed her aside and left her to her own devices.I can understand him wanting to stay with Alex to sell the Zonda but a little more help along the way would have been appreciated.It did show Lucinda's limitations with sales though.

Michael was the obvious choice to go.He's meant to be a very good salesman but this task just illustrated his faults once again.He picked the wrong location to try and rent out the Ferrari and he was far too pushy in making sales.Helene's pretty much a non entity but with Michael being the salesman he had to deliver and he quite obviously didn't.Any more chances and you would have had to seriously question Sir Alan's motives.

Now we are down to the final 5 and it's getting really serious.Helene should probably go next as she's just not shown enough potential to go on any further.After Helene you've got to look at Lucinda as the next in line to go.As much as Lucinda is a nice lady, this is business and not just a personality contest.She's good at managing people but I have got serious doubts over her ability to fill the role that Sir Alan is looking for.Claire might be a big mouth and that can really grate on me but she's about the best overall candidate left imo.

The only 2 people I can see winning now are Alex and Clare but hopefully it will be Lucinda and Clare in the final
